Sweet potatoes are considered to be the most nutritious vegetables at all and THEY DO TASTE FANTASTIC! They are easy and quick to prepare and a suitable side for various dishes or a simple lunch snack. The following recipe is at least appreciated by one out of two children at our home. ;-)

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic

Ingredients (serves 4)

2 tablespoons canola oil

4 sweet potatoes

1 chilli (birdeye, dried)

1 teaspoon  rosemary needles

4 cloves garlic, chopped finely

1 teaspoon paprika (noble sweet)

pepper

salt

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel if necessary and cut into strips. Put the oil and spices in a bowl and stir. Add The sweet potato fries and mix everything up. Put the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C. Turn halfway through baking. Serve with a vegan cashew cheese dip and enjoy!
